1) Every time I receive a regular e-mail or any mail from different services
which include colors, pictures etc... I have to go with my cursor on the top
of that e-mail and do a right click on my mouse to reset : Display as HTML
and then everything appeared normal on my e-mail just like as the original
setting or default when I bought the new Outlook 03. How can I set up that
permanently?
How can you restore your entire settings / default of your outlook 2003 for
that specific case?
I was offer to the following, which works partially:
1) Try this: Tools - Options - E-mail options--> disable Read all standard
mail in plain text
2) You can convert HTML to RTF (or RTF to HTML), but you must first convert
HTML to Plain Text and after that to RTF.
3) Look for tools - Options- Security - Change Automatic download Settings
Now, all my e-mails are coming under HTML format. Some of them will appear
with picture some other, I will have to go with my cursor and click on the
red cross to download the picture. Can we change that permanently, do we have
this option.
