down loading microsoft outlook express 2002 2003

Message when trying to install Verizon Online Dsl Release 5.1.6 I get message that computer does not have connecteer msn outlook 2002 2003. I try to download program but program wil not down load. .i can't enstall MSN Primary until connector is instaled. Can I get system checked and corrected, Thank you !!
