Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: Exchange Hi.

Is that possible? Or do I have to completely uninstall MS office and install it all over again?

This is not productive.

Thanks.

You have to uninstall and reinstall, and then, it won’t be able to read
the Identity converted for EWS.
An option might be to export everything you can to an Entourage archive
before downgrading.

Any reason why you want to downgrade?

Hi.

That's what I guessed. Uninstall everything then reinstall. That's time consuming.

We installed a new Exchange Server 2010, realised that we need to use Entourage EWS. We migrated users in batches. Realised that User A who shares contacts with User B will not work if one user is on the 2003 server and another is migrated to the 2010 server. So I will have to downgrade the migrated user A, do what you suggested, when they are all ready, I will move those who share calendar and Address book all at once.

Any suggested solution?

It is. Then you need to install all the updates, and then reimport
everything :-\

I assume that upgrading everybody to 2010 is not an option, right?
