Downgrade from Office 2007 B2 to Office 2003

I have office 2007 beta 2 installed and previously had 2003. However I like
2003 better than 2007. How can I downgrade from 2007 and still keep all my
email settings and messages?

Thanks

Uninstall Office 2007 and reinstall Office 2003.

Remove 2007, reboot and reinstall 2003.
If you have rules defined in Outlook 2007, you might be forced to
recreate your profile for Outlook 2003 via Control Panel, Mail. That
means you'll not lose any emails or accounts (as you can add your PST
file and accounts to the new profile), but you'll have to redo a bunch
of settings. If you only have a few rules, then delete them in 2007 and
recreate them in 2003. I haven't heard of anything besides rules making
trouble when going back to 2003.
