Downgrading from 2007

I recently downgraded from Vista/Office 2007 to XP/Office 2003 and
can't open my 2007 OneNote files in 2003. Is there a converter that
will allow me to open those files in 2003?

Infirtunately: NO.
There is no way to open (read) ON2007 notbooks in ON2003.
And there are no converters for ON.
