downlloading updates problems with activex controls in xp

I am unable to access microsoft outlook, following the trouble shoot the
correct info is not showing on the info bar to right click to alter active x
conrols. I have deleted all offline temp files and all other instructions.

also similar problems to update McAfee security controls.
