Download Address Book Error

Windows Server 2003 R2 - Exchange server 6.5.7638

On a workstation - I went into Outlook 2007 Tools | Send/Receive | Download Address Book and received an error:
.....0X8004010F The operation failed. An object cannot be found.

I was doing this because we have 1 individual that does not show up in the Global Address List - they do if you're using
web mail - just not through the Outlook client.

Any suggestions?
