download and install component

I have Visio 2007 Professional installed on a closed development network.
There is no connection to the Internet. Every time I open it I get the
following message:

"For best performance, you need to download and install a component for
Microsoft Office Visio 2007. Click Download to go to the Microsoft Download
Center and follow instructions on how to download and install the component.
Click Remind Me Later to be reminded the next time you start Visio."

I cannot find where to disable this message and I cannot get to the Internet
from this network to go ahead and execute the download. How can I resolve
this annoying issue?

I apologize for not rememering what it is trying to get at, but, it's an xml
assist that I think that may be downloadable separately. You might check
downloads for the file(s) and save them to a different system and then use
sneaker-net to install them.

I looked in the downloads, the only thing I found that might be required is
SP1 which I've already installed. Everything else is either an SDK, demo, or
white paper...
