It would help to know "why" it won't install, Hans. Are you receiving an
error message, or are you being told the expected version isn't found? If
that latter, and you were running either a beta version or a trial, you may
need to remove that and install the original released version first. Check

Many tx for answering. I started with the beta and then
bought and successfully installed and used OneNote. What
I actually experience isn't limited to OneNote but
happens with the latest update for XP Office as well.
