Download and reinstall office suite 2007

I purchased Microsoft Office Small Business 2007 Version Upgrade
License-English 4/14/08. On 6/10/09 my computer crashed I put it in the shop
and they reloaded the system (I lost all my programs) I bought Office 2007
on line and also the License Lock Box: Digital back-up service and license
key. How do I get into it to download and reinstall my product?

Contact Digital River (I presume that's where you bought it). there may
be a small fee for re-downloading and this time COPY THE DOWNLOADED
FILE(S)TO EXTERNAL MEDIA!!!!!!(And add a text file with the Product key
as well....)
