Is anyone having trouble downloading any of the budget templates on Excel
2007 with Windows Vista as operating system?

I AM UNABLE TO USE THE TEMPLATES ONCE I DOWNLOAD THEM. TO DOWNLOAD THEM I HAD
TO DOWNLOAD MICROSOFT OFFICE PROFESSIONAL FIRST. DON'T KNOW WHY BECAUSE I
HAVE MICROSOFT OFFICE XP. AS WELL AS WINDOWS XP. BUT I AM STILL UNABLE TO
ADJUST OR CHANGE ANYTHING ON THE TEMPLATE. IT HAS NUMBERS ALREADY TYPED IN
AND I AM UNABLE TO ALTER THE NUMBERS ON THE TEMPLATE. THIS MAKES IT USELESS
TO ME. ANYONE HAVE ANY ADVICE ON HOW TO GET A TEMPLATE TO HELP ME CREATE MY
BUDGET?

1. Lower your caps. It's difficult to read plus it appears you are yelling.
You may be frustrated but yelling at us will not get you help.

2. If the template is for Office 2007, you cannot download it on a system
that doesn't have Office 2007 installed.

3. If you downloaded the trial version of Office 2007, have you activated it
or do you have an expired trial version?

i just had surgery and am physically unable to hold the shift key to
capitalize letters. i did not want to appear illiterate so i used my caps
lock. i certainly did not intend to appear angry or to yell. i just wanted
some assistance... i did install the windows office and did activate it, i
had downloaded it about one hour prior to attempting to use the budget
template so i assume it is not expired. is it possible to download an expired
temporary windows office. i am not sure what the problem is but i am also
unable to download the windows service pack 3 for windows office. the two are
probably related. i will get my neighbors son to figure it out, he's a
computer genius. thanks for trying to help... i'm sorry if i offended you,
that was not my intent. thanks for the advice on the caps, it's not a mistake
i'll make again.
