download business contact manager

I work for a large bank. MS Office Professional has been installed but not
BCM. Is there a way to either download or just purchase a copy of BCM?

No. It should be included with pro, on the second CD or with volume
licenses - you should speak to your admin, he should be able to get you a
copy.
