Download control error

Dear all,
The same old issue.The control download error occured in client`s pc.I had
look out Msoft KB article and seems doesnt help.I even try register those
component manually.The log in as local admin also doesnt work for me as
well.Browser setting also had been done.(Security,custom level,trusted site
and etc)The weird thing is the client had succesfully dloaded the control
before and now he is prompted back to EULA page.

Any idea on how to use this regsvr32.exe properly?Surely there must be a
solution right.I desprately need help cause i seems cant find a proper
solution.

Hello ray.When come to the part "for %i in(pj*.dll) do regsvr32 %i I see the
message "pj*dll are not ready at this time".Doesnt help at all!
