Would like to know how to download/copy my outlook Web Mail items (i.e. under
Inbox or Sent Items Folders) on my Hard Disk under a folder that I can later
on copy them back on my Ms Outlook?

There should be no reason for you to do this. Both Outlook Web Acces and
Outlook are Exchange clients. OWA is showing your what's in the Exchange
mailbox. Why not configure Outlook to access that very same mailbox, which
will then allow you to see exactly the same data you're seeing in OWA?

The reason to do this is because I am away from the Office and I have limited
Mailbox size and if I didn't reduce the size by removing the item from the
Inbox I will not be able to receive any e-mail.

Do some cleanup while in the office. Use AutoArchive to remove older items.
You can still use Outlook out of the office if the company provides VPN
access to allows RPC over HTTP connections to Exchange. If you have a low
mailbox quota, your IT people are among the best to be able to suggest ways
to address the issue.
