Download Dialogue!

Hello! Recently I post a question here about How to open a link in a new
window and It works very good, You can see it in www.techna.pt/links.
Now I need some similar solution to use in www.techna.pt/Downloads to make
this links open a dialogue asking OPEN, SAVE or CANCEL the download of the
file.
In this moment I have it working like a regular link but I am sue it can be
done.
For example: Some PDF docs in the internet, when you press the link it just
open the file, however, some other files of the same type (PDF i.e.) open the
dialogue box to ask you if you want OPEN, SAVE or CANCEL. I need this second
option.

Some files will always automatically open in IE such as PDF files if the
browser has the Adobe plug-in installed. I don't think you can change that
behavior. You can give people instructions to right click and save the file
to disk, or you can zip the file which will also give the option to save to
disk, but then your users will have to extract the file.
