"They" sending .exe files already know they are violating e-mail
security for MANY e-mail programs. "They" chose to **** over their
recipients. So complain to them. They are the CAUSE of the problem.
No one, including "THEM", should be sending executable files via e-mail.
Lie and tell them you cannot receive executable attachments due to
anti-spam filters in your ISP. Just tell them you cannot receive their
e-mails with .exe attachments. Force them to be polite to you and
everyone else to whom they send their files. No one *has* to send an
..exe file. That was their CHOICE. That the e-mail originates in
another country is irrelevant. It could originate in the next city or
state. So did you plan on driving over to complain to the recipient in
person? E-mail is worldwide.
You said the e-mails are coming from "our programmer". Well, that means
this person is hired by you (whomever is "our") so tell this sender to
stop sending .exe files.
