Hi Alex,
For valid licensed copies of MS Office, Microsoft requires
that the original Office product CDs be provided with a new
PC sold to an end user and you should check with the PC supplier.
What download are you trying to use for which version of Office?
You may still need the CDs to complete the update after a
successful download.

My connection keeps crashing - i can get about 20 meg loaded but it
invariably fails - my copy of office came with the computer so i don't have
any discs etc... any way around the problem? >>
