download link??

How do I make a link that when clicked the browser will ask you if you want
to open or save the file? I've got the text and the text links to the jpg
file, but when you click on it (or right click on it) it only opens it up in
another page.

the url in question is:
file:///F:/My%20Web%20Sites/passion-for-truth/freedom-fair-flyer.htm

You put them in a zip file.

BTW, the link you provided is not to your web site, it is to a location on
your hard drive.
