Download linked files from a web page

Has anyone any experience with vb code to download all of the linked files
from a web page? I am working on a project that involves grabbing incoming
emails from a folder, going to the web url cited in the email and then
downloading all of the linked pdf files on that web page.

Any help would be appreciated. I see a number of posts re: download of
staticly listed pages but need something flexible enough to download the 40
or 50 variously named pdf's on a given webpage.
