Download MS Office Home and Student

When purchased my new laptop, of course had the 60-day trial version on it. I
now need to either download full version or buy one from the store. If
download, do you still get to install on 3 different computers or do you have
to buy this version from a store so you have the CD to install on 3 different
computers?

Why not just get it from Amazon.com so you will have the CDs plus spend less

No but that's another reason to get it from Amazon. You know it will allow
three installations. Plus I never advocate buying software from eBay.

No but that's another reason to get it from Amazon. You know it will allow

While not absolutely sure, I believe the download version is for one
installation only as the converted trial is equivalent to an OEM version
preinstalled on the system.

Hopefully someone with a converted trial will post here after reading their
EULA to verify what I said. I do know that the EULA for the CD version is 3
installs as I have posted it before, OEM is one install as is the Media Less
License kit version. No where in the EULA documentation can I find (easily)
a converted trial license.

You would be better, in any event to purchase from Amazon or other reliable
supplier (and eBay sellers aren't there for software.)

That's what I think but I am not sure either. That's also why I'm
emphasizing Amazon. You *know* what you're getting if you go that route.
