As it is no longer supported, I suspect that you cannot from standard
sources.

Your best bet may be to try and find a bookseller who still has stock of
student editions of the product.

I guess the real question is why you would specifically want to download
a trial of an old product which you probably can't easily buy any more.
Project 2007 supports 2003 file formats (albeit with occasional
reported difficulties).

Amazon has a book or two with bound-in copies of Project 2003 Standard
(search for ISBN 0735619557, Microsoft Press Step-by-step). It's a
60-day eval and the book can be ordered with 1-day delivery. Not quite
as good as a download, but...;-)
