Download Office 2016 Home student

Hi I have purchased a genuine Office home and student code but no DVD with it. How do I download this please. My hardware does nor work with Windows 10 and I did purchase office 2019. I realy need 2016. I am confident yhat I have been sold a genuine Product code but no DVD.

I dont mean office 365. I was expecting a DVD.
