Download Office Pro 2007 Trial

I have been trying to fill out the form and download the Office Pro 2007 Trial.

Everytime I submit the form though it tells me that I did not fill out my
phone number. When I look for a place to fill out a phone number it's not
there. There is just no place on the form to fill out my phone number. It
will not let me proceed to the download and registration because of this
issue with the form itself.

Has anyone else had this problem? Can someone look at the form from their
computer and tell me if they see a place to put phone number? Just to make
sure I am not blind I did take a scrolling page screenshot and I can send it
to anyone who might think I am legally blind =D

Thanks

It works fine here. I was prompted to complete all required fields (the ones
in bold), but nothing about a phone number. And no, I didn't see a phone
number field.

Can you point us to a URL for this? When I go in, I get one of the us-en (US
English) links, and I can't see the problem. Which country did you select
when you started the process?

The link I was provided was www.trymicrosoftoffice.com. I am in the United
States.

Thanks.

That's the one I used, too. It ultimately leads to a registration page once
you log in with a passport (Windows Live ID, I guess they call it now) when
prompted. Since I'm also in the US, I assume we're seeing the same
registration page.

Anyway, like you, I still don't see a phone option, but unlike you, I'm not
being prompted to provide one. :)

There's a "customer service" link on the left that takes me here after a few
clicks: http://us20.trymicrosoftoffice.com/contactus.aspx You might send
these support people an email.
