Do you still see the content when you logon to the webbased mail client
provided by your ISP?
I'm just trying to find out if the content is still there before you
receive
it with Outlook.

Just to add same problem as the following post with the following subject
Subject: RE: Replies sent to me from Lotus Notes
Tried the posted solutions but did not work either.
Tried disabling firewall, disabling email virus scanner and even tried
toggling between plain text and html format. All the suggested solutions
do
not work.
Thanks in advance for other tentative suggestions.
:
pop3. I did disable the virus scanner that integrates with Outlook but
still
have the problem
:
What mail account type are you using?
Are you running a virus scanner that integrates with Outlook? Disable
it
and
try again.

I have a problem whereby some emails coming from users using lotus
notes
cannot be read in my outlook as the contents are just blank.Thought
that
initially it is a firewall problem. But it was not so I want to find a
fix
that will solve the lotus notes and outlook compatibility issue. So I
can
read
the contents of the lotus notes emails.
:
What is the issue then? What fix are you looking at?
