"Download Pictures" message too long

J

John Barlow

When using the "privacy protection" feature of Outlook, the descriptive
message "Right-click here to download pictures. To help protect your
privacy, Outlook prevented automatic download of this picture from the
Internet." is too long! Since it shows up as ALT text underneath the
graphic, it stretches the size of undimensioned graphics to unnecessarily
wide proportions (often requiring horizontal scrolling).

A nice resolution would be to turn off the ALT text, change it to TITLE text
(shows on hover), or be able to customize the string via the registry
(currently embedded in outllibr.dll).
