Download Project Web Access Outlook Add-In

Hello,

In the Project Web Access Permissions we can disable the "Download Project
Web Access Outlook Add-In" permission.
But he menu Actions > Set up Outlook Sync. is still there. How can I remove
this menu?

NB : in the My Tasks page, the same Set up Outlook Sync option is grayed out
as we could expect it.
