Download templates require sql-dmo

I'm trying to download a couple of the 2007 access templates. The download is
fine, it opens Access for me to name & save it, then errors out saying that
the PC must have SQL-DMO installed.

Is there a way around this? I really don't need/ want sql server otherwise.
Am I doing something wrong?
