Download time required for updates longer than 2 hours.

My ISP limits downloads to a maximum of two hours, then you lose your
connection. I was told by my ISP that Microsoft offers the longer update
packages in smaller pieces to alleviate this situation I'm in. Has anyone
gone through this and has answers?

The longer updates are likely to be Service Packs. In North America,
Microsoft offers free Service Pack CDs {
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/officeupdate/default.aspx } for Office
2003. I think Service Pack CDs are also available for Office XP, but have
not looked recently.
