Looks like only Office 2003 updates failed, do you have any non-2003 version
Office products installed?
The first thing I always recommend is running a repair on your Office
products, go to Help menu -> Detect and Repair, just to make sure your
installation isn't damaged.
If they still fail, to help out I could use some more detial in the errors
you are encountering, try and download those update from the Microsofy
Download Center
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/search.aspx?displaylang=en and install
them individually. Please post they error messages (if any) that you receive.

Mr "Goose",
Thanks for your help.
I contacted the 'shop' that installed the O/S and the Office 2003 package,
and was informed that my O/S and MS Office were not licensed!
I have uninstalled MS Office from my system and by 2nd March, I will install
a licensed O/S (Windows XP Pro).

Thank you for your assisstance,
William Clement
