I own the cd for Office 2003, and have my key, but have a brand new netbook,
without a cd/dvd. I don't want to buy an external drive right now, and am
looking to download Office 2003, and use my own key.

Can I still download it anywhere?

No.

If you have a USB stick, you can copy the Office CD to your old laptop, then
copy it to your USB drive and use it to install from there.
