Hi,
Is there any downloadable training manuals and guides to be used as
reference for end users?

I have found the online role guides offered by microsoft and wonder if there
is a downloadable version of it or of something similar.

Hi Shafeeq,

There isn't much around as any training manuals need to be framed within an
organisations processes, so I re-write mine for each client - tedious but the
only way to go.

Hello Ben and thanks for your comments.

I am in the process of preparing role based training guides based on the
current implementation i am working on.

While i am creating roles and scenarios based guides, it would have been
helpful to have a reference of how to do such things as update task, approve
task update.. submit timesheet, etc would facilitate creating the training
guides.

I think that i will have to create those from scratch.
