I'm using Outlook 2007 and access my messages through a POP3 server. About
50% of the time when I connect to the internet to retrieve my email messages,
the Inbox folder will indicate there are "X" number of new messages, but they
will not be visible in the viewing pane. It's only when I go to View |
Current View | and *select* (not unselect) the "Unread Messages in this
Folder" that the messages appear. If I read them, or mark them all as read,
then they will appear in the regular inbox when I have selected View|Current
View|Messages. (By the way, the other 50% of the time messages download and
appear in the Inbox normally).
Any help or ideas about how to trouble shoot this issue would be greatly
appreciated.
