downloaded officexpsp3-kb832671-fullfile, now I can't use word in.

downloaded OfficeXpSp3-kb832671-fullfile-enu.exe., when I tried to use word
as my e-mail editor a message came saying not compatable with version of
word, need to update outlook.

Been trying to find the correct update to no avail. Any help or guidance
appreciated. Also can't find my office 2000 disk, so I b/l I'll need a full
file. Everything else in outlook seems to work fine...so far.
