Downloading a template

I have been trying to download a template form the calendars section. The
template downloads into word ( i have 03) literally you see it one minute
then the next you don't! I can't seem to do anyhting wiht it, all options and
menu's are unselectable,where am i going wrong?

Is it a Word 2003 template? A lot of the new calendar ones are Word 2007.

Read the third FAQ here, it is Publisher specific but it works for Word as well.
Ignore the first sentence.
