Downloading anything from anywhere other than a Microsoft site really isn't
an Office issue, so I'm afraid you're not likely to find an answer or a
solution here... Especially with nothing more to go on than "I am no longer
able...". That really doesn't give anything to go on
What - exactly - happens when you try? What web browser are you using? Is
your browser software up-to-date? Have you tried using a different web
browser? Have you contacted Avery support/service? Is it one particular
template or do you have the same problem with any template you attempt to
download? As a test I just downloaded a label template at random from their
site using Firefox (3.6.3) with no problem whatsoever.
Although it doesn't resolve the actual download issue, are you sure you even
have to download the template in the first place? Word provides just about
every Avery template there is for both A4/A5 label sheets & Avery Standard
labels. Even if the specific part number isn't in the list there is quite a
bit of overlap, so you may be able to find one listed which has the same
layout dimensions. Just use it, instead... It doesn't matter whether you're
printing on regular label sheets, transparent label sheets or plain sheets
of paper as long as the layout is correct.
