downloading clip art

Greetings.

I am trying to download clip art from the microsoft office clip art
site, and the web page is not displaying correctly. There is no download
button and when I select a clip art picture there is no animation of the
clip art moving to my selection basket.

I am using Windows 98SE, office 97, and IE 6.
