Downloading contact list to disk for transfer

Hi group,
Is there a way to save an Outlook 2000 contact list to
disk so it can be loaded into a different computer. My
business partner and I have been using the contact sharing
program for both my contact and her's and her hard drive
recently died and had to be replaced. So she lost
everything in Outlook. Through sharing, I have her list of
2,000 contacts on my computer and need to load them to her
computer. I don't want to take a chance and lose her list.
Can someone walk me through the correct steps for
transferring?
I appreciate any help!

Has anyone responded to your question? If so, please
forward their response to me as I have the same problem
and do not know what to do. What seems so simple is hard
to find an answer to!
