downloading contacts from all folders in outlook

I have Smartphone and iQue which synchronize with my office computer. The
problem is the sycnchronization only copies the general Contacts list
(Outlook 2002) and not all the other folders set up on contactsl. Can you
tell me how to sync all my contacts?
