Help .. I have two Tiscali web email accounts that I use for work, which I
usually download to Outlook. About 2 weeks ago, one of them stopped
downloading. I have checked all the email account settings and when I test
the settings they work fine and the test email will hit the inbox (if I log
on via the net I can see my mails) but they will not download even though the
dialog box says download complete. I have tried everything I can think of
.... I have spoken to Tiscali's Help Desk but they were about as much use as a
chocolate teapot ... any ideas anyone?
