Downloading File Attachments in Web Enabled Form

Hi,
I have a InfoPath 2007 web enabled form that accepts file attachment. It
allows files to be uploaded and displays the file name as part of the form.
When the 'Download' menu item is clicked, a new browser window opened but the
file is not downloaded. When checked the IIS log, a HTTP - 400 Bad request
error is logged for the download request.

I confirmed that the uploaded files are available in the form by opening it
in the InfoPath 2007 client.

Please help me resolve this issue. If you need more information on this
issue do let me know.
