Downloading files

When I try to open Data files that I have download to my Zip disk, I keep
getting a message that the format is unrecognized. I currently have Access
97, could this be the problem?

If the 'datafiles' are Access 2000 or above, then you can't open them with
Access 97. You will need to find out what version the datafiles are and
either upgrade to that version (if available for purchase) or Access 2003 or
find a user with the applicable version and see if they can be converted
down to Access 97 and still work.
