Downloading Office updates

I have a new PC with Office 2003 on it. I wish to download all updates, but
on MS website, there is a huge list of available updates, and a message "MS
recommends you use the Office update tool on this site to install updates".
That's fine, but where is it?
I assumed that when I clicked on help/check for updates in Word, that all
updates would be selected and I could choose what to install.

Go here:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-au/downloads/default.aspx
On the left hand side under Downloads / Updates
Click Office Update
It will then scan for updates.

Thanks, That's great. I am running Firefox and hadn't taken into account that it only works with IE!
