downloading office XP

How do I get the Office XP program to allow me to
download onto my desktop since I already downloaded it
onto my laptop? You are supposed to be able to download
the program onto one laptop and one desktop, but I can't
get it to work.

What version of Office XP do you have? If Students and Teachers Edition, it
only allows a single installation.
