Downloading Pictures

When downloading from my Sony Camera i previously connected the camera,
turned it on and obtained a screen which gave me the options, one of which
was to download from the camera. I cant get that screen any more. I do get a
message that says I need to install macromedia flash player, but that is
installed and I have also reinstalled it, still no screen with choices.
Sony provide a disc which downloads their Picture Pakage but the download
wizard that I access through that package will only address the Scan
option-the camera download option does not become available thru the wizard
even tho it is titled a camers and scan download wizard.

A question that should be directed to Sony support, not MS office, that it
has nothing to do with it.

version of Adobe Flash Player {9.0.124.0}:

If you continue to have problems with the Flash Player, you should contact
Adobe Support via the above link.
