downloading templates from microsoft.com

Windows XP

I am using Office 2003 professional edition. I want to download a template
from Microsoft.com into Word. I select the template but when I click on
download now, it tells me error on page.

E-Mac- I also have a problem downkoading the same templates on a Macintosh.
I select the template, but when I click download now, the template flashes
on the screen and then an error message says: Can't find this template.

I am trying to teach 24 teachers how to do these downloads.

Does this happen with all templates you try to download, or just some of
them? If it's just some of them, can you say which ones, so others can
try... to verify that the problem is local to you as opposed to there
actually being a problem with those templates?

Have you successfully downloaded templates before? Or, do you hit this
problem every time?
