Downloading Templates

When I try to download templates from microsoft I get a message Your
operating system does not meet system requirements. I've checked all the
requirements and they have been met. What am I doing wrong?

Could be a variation of the issue described in
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=832765 "Warning message appears when
you visit the Office Update Web site: 'Internet Explorer version 5.5 or
later is required'". In brief, your firewall or antivirus software may
be "fibbing" about what operating system and/or web browser you have
when you are online.
