Downloading templets

I have been attempting to download various templets into MS Access 2003 and
after the download has completed and has opened up the application, I get an
error message telling me that the file name with location can not be found!
I have tried this numorus times and got the same end results. Any
suggestions!

Empty your Internet temp cache, in Internet Explorer, tools, Internet Options,
delete files.
