Downloading TRial Home and student

I am stuck and about to go crazy. I am a student wh takes online classes so I
really need this downloaded due to assignments due by Friday. This is what
happens

- click...download 60 day trail in English
-Box appears and I click RUN
- another box appears says something about Digital River I click RUN

(when that completes a window pops up and says " You must be connected to
the internet to complete download once connected click continue")

- I click continue and nothing happens...
( there is no connection problem on my end)

What should I do or who can I speak with?

There is an email link to contact Customer Service. A support
representative is supposed to respond within one business day. Digital
River is the online "vendor of record" for customers in the United States.
It is possible that their server is having an outage at the moment. If you
have anti-virus or a firewall it is also possible that it is blocking the
installation process. In the left column you will find useful links to FAQ,
Customer Service, How to Set Up & Install Your Trial.

Unless you absolutely need Microsoft's Office product for your "project", I
recommend downloading and installing Open Office www.openoffice.org which
has the ability to save as Microsoft Office formatted files. Most people
looking at one of those produced files (Word, Excel or PowerPoint clones)
won't know the difference. Best of all it is free and not a trial that will
fail eventually.
