Downloading updates when you have security systems

I run Windows firewall, have a router and McAfee virus scan. Can I still have
MS Office updates automatically?

Well, I have no problem with Outpost, AVG, a router, Privacy Expert, Spybot and others and have no problem downloading and installing updates.

Thanks Mrtee --Any idea why I continue to get the message download imcomplete
- you may have a virus scan program turned on?

Have you tried disabling your virus scanner while downloading?
