I am trying to download Word 2000 on a new computer. it
came with a DELL laptop that I bought a few years ago. I
WILL NOT download saying something like it cannot access
the MS Database. This is my software and I downloaded on
another and had no problem.
I am trying to talk to Microsoft as to whether this is
defective and what I do now.
